Contributions are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Contributions may be made from a personal or corporate account. State law allows businesses, individuals and corporations to contribute a maximum of $12,200 to state-wide candidates: $6100 for the primary election and $6100 for the general election.
